  • Industrial automation with PLC, robotics, Sensors and instrumentation, electronics, power electronics, microcontrollers, algorithm & programming with Qt and Arduino, real time systems, artificial intelligence, digital signal processing.
  • Statics, strength of materials, kinematics, dynamics, machine design, measurement and engineering statistics, pneumatic and hydraulics
  • Project management, entrepreneurship and business development
  • Oversee labs that are relevant to the lecturer’s expertise
  • Guiding and advisingstudents in their final thesis projects

HEAD OF ACADEMIC SERVICE CENTRE & EXO-FULL TIME 
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, the Head of Student Academic Support Services oversees staff in academic advising, disability, and tutoring   support services advisees and tutoring support services and carries a caseload of undergraduate and graduate student advisees.  The Head will serve as an  integral role of the Student Affairs team providing support, advice, and direction to and for students, student activities and organizations, particularly in the . area of first year students and retention support.  The Head will collaboratively develop and implement programs and initiatives to address excellent student  services for all students The Head will also foster communication and collaboration between and among students, faculty, and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all activities in academic service centre & examination office
  • Develop  and manage comprehensive academic support services for all students
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students
  • Oversee assessments and placement testing for newly accepted students
  • Create academic plans and assist students in the registration process
  • Manage academic support budget
  • Facilitate tutor meetings and professional development sessions
  • Create on-going departmental assessment of student academic support services and lead recommendations for programmatic improvements
  • Evaluate transfer credits for incoming new students

Qualifications:  
  • Master's degree in higher education administration, counseling, or related field preferred;
  • Experience working with a diverse population of traditional and non-traditional adult students;
  • Minimum of  5 years leadership experience in multiple areas of student affairs such as Tutoring, Academic Advising, Conduct, Student Success
  • Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with broad constituencies;
  • A demonstrated commitment to student affairs; advising, coaching, or counseling experience.

Skills and Experience: 
The ideal candidate must have strong oral and written communication presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively. A strong comfort level working  in a fast-paced, energetic environment, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strategic perspective is expected. This person must  also possess project management skills, an entrepreneurial orientation, and a strong proficiency in technology and information management.

HEAD OF FINANCE 
Job Description:
  • Monitor and control the overall university cash-flow process (inflow: student fees and other parties payment, outflow: payment to vendor and other parties excess  Fund Management
  • Prepare and analyze the financial statement to be reported to internal stakeholders (Boards and university) and external parties (tax office and BAN Dikti), including  other necessary reporting.
  • Supervise the subordinates in doing their tasks and liaise with other departments for working coordination.
  • Calculate and propose the student fees and arrange the necessary documents related with the proposal and approval
  • Set up the process and procedure related with the financial matters
  • Charge in any other tasks related with the financial and taxation matters.

Requirements:
  • Age Max. 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree /Master Degree from reputable universities majoring accounting.
  • Having certificate of taxation minimum Brevet B.
  • Having at least 8 years work experiences in Accounting  and Taxation with minimum 3 years in the managerial position.
  • Having passion to work in higher education field
  • Experienced with financial reporting, internal and statutory reporting as well as tax matters related to business.
  • Experienced in operating accounting software and reconciliation of reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Leadership Qualities,
  • Good analytical skill, well organized, highly motivated person and put attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written.
  • German language is an advantage.

DEPUTY HEAD OF MASTER IT
Job Description:

  • Assist Head of Master of Information Technology updating the book references with relevant subject as main lecturing support by coordinating with Library Unit
  • Review and/or improve the Master of Information Technology SOP which are relevant with academic process

Job Desc :
  • Plan and teach lessons
  • Guide and advise the students
  • Keep accurate student attendance and lessons reports

  • Invigilate final examinations
  • Assist in updating and improving the syllabi
  • Assign and grade various written assignments
  • Check thesis students’ work for grammatical and lexical accuracy

Requirements:
  • Be a native English speaker, qualified English teacher and have the certificate
  • Hold a Master’s degree in a related field
  • Have at least 2 years of English teaching experience, preferably in a Higher Education setting
